Research program
Research program and interest focus on viral respiratory diseases, such as SARS and avian influenza: (1) To identify new functional proteins of virus; (2) To understand the interactions between viral and host cell proteins; (3) To study signal pathways of IFN-α/β on anti-viral effects and ion channel for viral protein; (4) To generate vaccines and Abs for disease treatment and diagnosis.
